All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
During busy seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated if there’s a delay.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and product availability.
Typical delivery estimates:
• U.S. orders: 5–10 business days
• International orders (if available): 10–20 business days
Please note that unexpected carrier delays, customs processing, or weather events may extend delivery times — but we’ll help you track your package every step of the way.

5. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Cobble Grove isn’t responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at hellocobblegrove@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to update the address.
If a package is marked “delivered” but you can’t locate it, please check with your household members or neighbors, then contact your carrier. If you still can’t locate it, email us — we’ll do everything we can to assist.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with your order number and photos, if applicable.
We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and replace or refund your item if needed.
