1. Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns for most unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must be:
• In its original packaging
• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or receipt)
Unfortunately, due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened beauty or personal-care products.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send a brief description and photo of the issue to hellocobblegrove@gmail.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt.
Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note — it may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety, the following items are final sale:
• Opened or used beauty/self-care products
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Digital downloads or promotional items
5. Shipping Returns
To return an item, please contact us first for the correct return address.
You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for proof of delivery.
